Bitsbox taught my kids beginning coding and javascript as well as creativity. They got to try out all different kinds of apps and create their own unique takes on them.
I loved the uniqueness of it as well as the ability to continue learning each month adding new apps with each box that comes.
I absolutely loved the entire set up of how simple the coding is laid out for you. The book is absolutely top notch and provides a huge variety of unique and captivating experiences that you create yourself by coding. I also really liked the app trading cards - very clever.
