As a complement to her career as a professional musician, Vanessa, who holds a master's degree in education from Harvard University, has made a point of sharing her love of music through teaching preschool, primary, and elementary school-aged children in both New York City and Boston. Vanessa has taught early childhood music classes for nearly a dozen years in the Boston area. Her album, 'Wonderful YOU,' reflects her sensibility as both a performer and an educator, incorporating call and response, movement songs, varying musical genres, easily teachable choruses, and topics developing self-awareness and imagination.
