Great family game for all ages! Players take turns reading a blue question card with fill in the blank type responses required. The other players answer with one of their ten funniest white answer cards, placing them face down for the reader to collect. The funniest white answer card chosen by the question reader wins the hand. The player with the most cards at the end wins. It's a family-friendly version of Cards Against Humanity. The game takes about 30 to 60 minutes to play. The kids will want to play this again. The answer card phrases are funny with lots of poop and pee humor, pop culture movie references, and some innuendos.

The reason we love Kids Against Maturity is that provides lots of laughter and practice developing soft skills. To play the game well requires empathy and examining viewpoints other than your own to lay down a card the reader will select as the funniest. As humor is subjective, players must pay attention to what each reader finds funny, consider their shared history, and analyze any patterns in regards to what type of card each reader is most likely to select. Hence the game encourages strategic thinking.

In addition to reading and listening skills, students practice social-emotional skills, interpersonal skills, non-verbal communication, creativity, memory recall, observation and analyzing.
