Imaginative building and creating is definitely needed for this activity. Students learn by trial and error and practice problem solving in order to build what they are thinking in their mind.

I really like that the product leaves the invention process up to the child. There are suggestions and aids but overall your child is the creator!!

Overall, I love products that get kiddos creating, thinking, and building. My children love crafts and projects and love kits such as this one.
